Special Needs Day

Special Needs Day at the Carnival is Sunday, August 31, 2025. From 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, patrons with special needs and immediate family members will get exclusive seating with a special wristband. All participants must have a chaperone. Please stop by the Carnival ticket booth near Jackson Avenue and Eagle Street to pick up your Special needs Wristband starting at 9:30 AM. Select rides may not be available for Special Needs Day.

*The 2025 carnival ride list is tentative and can/will be changed based upon the behavior of patrons at events leading up to and including the 2025 Last Fling weekend. Any changes will be at the discretion of our Carnival provider and made in cooperation with the City of Naperville, the Naperville Jaycees’ Last Fling, and the Naperville Police Department. The safety of our event goers is of the upmost importance to us. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Jackson Avenue is open to all patrons. This is a rain or shine, nonprofit event. EVERYTHING is subject to search upon entry. For your safety, NO WEAPONS, GRILLS, COOLERS, BOTTLES, CANS OR ALCOHOL IN ANY CONTAINER may be brought into the Last Fling. Flash photography also may not be allowed due to contractual agreements with the entertainment. Crowd surfing, throwing of items, moshing and fighting are not allowed and patrons suspected to be involved in such activities will be removed from the event immediately and will have event wristbands removed to prevent re-entry. If the Last Fling Carnival or specific ride(s) therein is closed for unruly behavior, refunds will not be provided.

The Naperville Jaycees are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees of the Last Fling. As in prior years, the organization is working closely with Naperville Emergency Response Teams to ensure the most up-to-date security measures are instituted in an effort to achieve a secure and enjoyable Labor Day Weekend for volunteers, participants, and patrons.
